1. Before unpacking, please check the product specification, model and color,etc.
2. Before paving tiles, constructing the wall or floor well. According to the paving way, ensuring the form. If having directional pictures, the product should be paved according to the picture, which can produce the best decorative effect.
3.When pre-paving, pulling two mutually-perpendicular lines on the floor, and using level bar calibrate them. Using spindle to ensure the vertical direction.
4. Newup Ceramics suggests using 425# cement mixed with tile adhesive to pave tiles. Before paving, the tile must need to be soaked in water long enough.
5. Laying out the line according to the tile’s size. It is suggest that during laying out the line, we need reserve mortar joint. In order to avoid tiles rising up caused by the cement and tiles’ contraction, generally exterior wall needs reserve 3MM, interior wall needs 1.5MM, antique tiles need 5-15MM.
6. Only using sticky pulp to fill in the cracks between tiles during paving them, especially for exterior wall. Also you can add some color additives in the sticky pulp for your personal need.
7. When paving tiles in the corner, taking appropriate amount of sticky pulp troweling with 1cm thickness,then using wooden hammer gently strikes tiles stick strongly and ensuring the tile surface and edge parallels to the line or vertical with it.
8. During paving tiles, using hammer handle gently strikes the tiles repeatedly to make tiles stick strongly.
9.During paving tiles, cleaning the cement and other dirty things on the surface of tiles.
10. 12 hours after paving tiles, knocking the surface and checking up. If hearing any empty sound, re-pave it.
11. 24 hours after finishing paving tiles, people can walk on it and cleaning it with water. Using water with detergent can clean tiles completely.
